  • 4 oz Salmon fillets skin-side down for even cooking
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil or substitute with avocado oil
For the Marinade
  • 2 tbsp Freshly squeezed lemon juice using bottled may alter the taste
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Salt kosher salt works best
  • 1 tsp Pepper
For the Fresh Herbs
  • 2 tbsp Fresh dill or parsley dill pairs beautifully with seafood

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish with olive oil.
  3. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the dish. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
  4. Season with garlic powder, salt, pepper, and fresh herbs.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until opaque and flaky.
  6. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
