Directions

  3. Preheat your skillet over medium-high heat and add a splash of oil to prevent sticking.
  4. Sear the tuna steaks for about 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown, keeping the center pink and tender.
  5. Rest the steaks for a minute after cooking to allow juices to redistribute.
