  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 3 sprigs Fresh Rosemary

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Pat dry the roast using paper towels.
  3. Rub the roast with olive oil, covering it evenly.
  4. Sprinkle minced garlic, salt, and pepper all over.
  5. Tuck rosemary sprigs around the roast or sprinkle chopped herbs on top.
  6. Roast the prime rib at 450°F for 20 minutes.
  7. Reduce the temperature to 325°F (165°C) and continue roasting until the internal temperature reaches 135°F (57°C) for medium-rare.
  8. Rest the prime rib for 20-30 minutes before slicing.
