- Whisk together cornmeal, flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar in a large bowl until well combined.
- Mix the milk, eggs, melted butter, and cream corn in another bowl until thoroughly blended.
- Combine the wet and dry mixtures by gradually pouring the wet ingredients into the dry while stirring gently.
- Pour the batter into your prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the top turns golden brown; a toothpick inserted should come out clean.
