How to Make Puff Pastry Delights
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) to ensure it's hot and ready.
- Sauté the spinach in a skillet over medium heat until wilted, about 3-4 minutes, then cool it slightly.
- Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a floured surface until thin, about 1/8 inch thick.
- Cut the pastry into squares or circles, about 3 to 4 inches in size.
- Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each piece, fold the pastry over, and seal the edges securely.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg and place them on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and puffed up.
