  • 1/2 cup Kewpie mayonnaise

  • 3 tablespoons Green onions chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Toasted sesame seeds sprinkle on top

How to Make Sushi Bake
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Rinse sushi rice under cold water until clear; then, cook according to package instructions.
  3. Mix crab meat, Kewpie mayonnaise, soy sauce, and green onions in a bowl until well combined.
  4. Layer half the cooked rice in the baking dish, followed by the crab mixture, and top with the remaining rice.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown on top.
  6. Garnish with nori strips, toasted sesame seeds, and extra green onions before serving.
