How to Make Sushi Bake
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish with nonstick spray.
- Rinse sushi rice under cold water until clear; then, cook according to package instructions.
- Mix crab meat, Kewpie mayonnaise, soy sauce, and green onions in a bowl until well combined.
- Layer half the cooked rice in the baking dish, followed by the crab mixture, and top with the remaining rice.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown on top.
- Garnish with nori strips, toasted sesame seeds, and extra green onions before serving.
