Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cook the breakfast sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned, about 6-8 minutes.
  3. Sauté diced onions and bell peppers in the skillet until soft, around 3-5 minutes.
  4. Whisk together the eggs and milk in a large bowl. Stir in hash browns, sausage mixture, and cheese.
  5. Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish and spread evenly. Bake for 45-50 minutes.
  6. Cool for about 5 minutes before slicing into squares.
