How to Make Melting Potatoes
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and lightly coat an oven-safe dish with cooking spray or butter.
- In a skillet, melt 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and fresh thyme leaves, sautéing for about 1 minute.
- Carefully arrange the potato wedges in the skillet. Pour in 1 cup of chicken or vegetable stock, then season generously with sea salt and black pepper.
- Transfer the skillet to your preheated oven. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and soft inside.
- Allow the melting potatoes to cool slightly before serving warm.
