How to Make Garlic Parmesan Pull-Apart Bread
- In a small bowl, mix the warm water, sugar, and active dry yeast. Let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until it becomes foamy and bubbly.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, fine sea salt, and garlic powder.
- Pour in the activated yeast mixture and melted butter into the flour blend. Stir until it forms a shaggy dough.
- Transfer the dough to a floured surface. Knead for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Grease a bowl lightly with oil, place the dough inside, cover, and let it rise until doubled in size (1-1.5 hours).
- Gently punch down the risen dough and divide it into small balls. Dip each ball into melted butter, then roll it in Parmesan cheese.
- Place the coated balls into a greased bundt or loaf pan.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Optional: Garnish with fresh parsley.
