  • 4 slices Brioche bread
  • 2 large Large eggs
  • 1 cup Whole milk
For the Filling
  • 8 oz Cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup Mixed fresh berries blueberries and strawberries work well
  • 1 tsp Pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
For Cooking and Serving
  • 2 tbsp Unsalted butter
  • powdered sugar Powdered sugar for dusting

Method
 

Directions
  1. In a large bowl, combine the eggs, whole milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon. Whisk until smooth.
  2. In another bowl, blend the softened cream cheese with the mixed berries. Stir until incorporated.
  3. Take two slices of brioche and spread about two tablespoons of the berry-cream cheese mixture between them.
  4. Preheat your skillet over medium heat and add the unsalted butter. Once melted, cook each side for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Dust the cooked toasts with powdered sugar just before serving. Enjoy!
