  • 2 tbsp oil for frying olive or vegetable oil

How to Make Delicious Salmon Patties
  1. Sauté the onion in a skillet with 1 tablespoon of oil over medium heat for about 3-4 minutes until it’s translucent and fragrant.
  2. Combine in a bowl the drained salmon, breadcrumbs, sautéed onion, eggs, garlic powder, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix everything well.
  3. Shape the mixture into patties approximately 1 inch thick, then place them on a parchment-lined plate.
  4. Fry the patties in the skillet, cooking each side for about 4-5 minutes until they turn golden brown and crispy.
  5. Drain any excess oil on paper towels and serve the patties warm.
