How to Make Delicious Salmon Patties
- Sauté the onion in a skillet with 1 tablespoon of oil over medium heat for about 3-4 minutes until it’s translucent and fragrant.
- Combine in a bowl the drained salmon, breadcrumbs, sautéed onion, eggs, garlic powder, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix everything well.
- Shape the mixture into patties approximately 1 inch thick, then place them on a parchment-lined plate.
- Fry the patties in the skillet, cooking each side for about 4-5 minutes until they turn golden brown and crispy.
- Drain any excess oil on paper towels and serve the patties warm.
