How to Make Date Bars
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Blend the pitted Medjool dates in a food processor until they reach a smooth and sticky consistency.
  3. Add the rolled oats and nuts to the dates; pulse until everything is well combined but still chunky.
  4. Mix in your choice of nut butter, honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir until thoroughly combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to the lined baking dish, pressing it down firmly and evenly.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the edges turn golden brown. Allow cooling completely before slicing.
