How to Make Mango Lassi
- Peel and chop the ripe mangoes into small pieces.
- Combine in a blender the mango pieces, yogurt, honey (or sugar), cardamom powder, and ice cubes.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Chill for 10 minutes.
- Pour into glasses and garnish with extra cardamom or mint leaves if desired.
